May I say that after my last session with you (my second) it was rather as though my leg – and my knee particularly – had been WD40’d. Thank you! You know the size of the job: I’m talking about the knee that has been totally replaced TWICE. It’s a good feeling that I would like to keep going.

Kate believes in a person-centered approach - as no two people are the same and each person feels their body and its aches and tensions differently, so also her approach is to adapt to your specific needs of the time. She does not do a “routine” but works holistically, fitting the techniques to what you need. She will never do the same massage twice, as our aches and areas that need work can change from day to day, depending on what life has been asking of us.
